(vHosting)<\/strong>, Italy \u2013 hosting and technical management of the website;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sendinblue SAS (Brevo)<\/strong>, France \u2013 sending the emails generated by the forms;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Google Ireland Ltd.<\/strong> \u2013 company email (Google Workspace), statistics (Google Analytics 4, only with consent) and embedded maps (Google Maps);<\/li>\n<li><strong>Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.<\/strong> \u2013 advertising measurement (Meta Pixel and Conversions API, only with consent) and embedded Instagram content;<\/li>\n<li><strong>OpenStreetMap Foundation<\/strong> \u2013 displaying the Ambassadors map (it receives the IP address needed to load the map images).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Applications to the Ambassadors project are received by the controller\u2019s sales office. Data may also be disclosed to advisers (for example accountants or lawyers) and to public authorities where required by law. An up-to-date list of processors is available on request.<\/p>\n<p>The website contains links to third-party websites (for example the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.madeobbq.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">madeobbq.com<\/a> shop and our social media profiles): these websites have their own privacy policies, for which the controller is not responsible.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"transfers\">7. Transfers of data outside the European Union<\/h2>\n<p>Some suppliers (in particular Google and Meta) may also process data in the United States. In these cases the transfer is based on the European Commission\u2019s adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, for participating companies, and\/or on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the Commission, with the further safeguards provided for by Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"rights\">8.
