Purpose: to answer your application to the Ambassadors Project and contact you to present the project. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Data: first and last name, company, email, phone number and any optional information you choose to add. The data is handled by Filiera Madeo’s sales staff and is not disclosed or passed on to third parties for marketing purposes.
Retention: for as long as needed to handle your request and in any case no longer than 24 months, unless a business relationship begins.
Rights: you can ask at any time for access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection (Arts. 15–22 GDPR) by writing to info@filieramadeo.it, and you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
Only if you accept marketing cookies, some form data is sent to Meta in encrypted (hashed) form to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

The project
In 1984 our family began the recovery of the Calabrian Black Pig. From the experience and vision of Filiera Madeo comes the Ambassadors of the Italian Black Pig Project.
The aim is to champion the 5 recognised native breeds of Italian Black Pig together with the people who bring them to the counter every day: outstanding Italian delis and gourmet shops, selected one by one, who become ambassadors of this extraordinary food heritage in their own area.
