The Ernesto Madeo Academy of Taste was inaugurated in 2020, a building made with innovative and eco-sustainable materials, immersed in the Ionian hills of Presila in the municipality of San Demetrio Corone.
The new corporate structure was born with the aim of being a meeting place, exchange and contamination of people, experiences, food and cultures.
